About the speakers:

Delivered by Tasmin Raynor – Head of Apprenticeships at De Montfort University (DMU). Tasmin has recently joined DMU and brings with her a wealth of experience in Degree Apprenticeships and knowledge of how such programmes can help business to upskill their workforce in a cost-effective manner. Tasmin has a highly successful background in Education and Training and has worked with a range of organisations from SMEs to multinational corporations to gain an understanding of their business and talent development requirements and to help organisations to navigate through the complicated world of apprenticeships.

Tasmin will be joined by Alistair Catterall – Strategic Lead Officer (Apprenticeships) at DMU. Since 2017, Alistair has been developing the University’s apprenticeship programme to collaborate with local and national businesses, address regional skills gaps as well as increase access to education. He has a background of developing educational platforms to provide employability skills.
