An interactive staff training event that will help you to identify any staff training needs and necessary tools to enable your organisation to develop and reach your own environmental sustainability targets.  The event is part of the Leicester Innovation Hub which is part-funded by European Regional Development Fund. The event is aimed at any organisation that has or would like, to be more environmentally responsible and wishes to raise awareness and problem solving skills amongst their employees. HR, Staff Development and Sustainability colleagues may be particularly interested.

What will attendees gain?

Mandatory staff training is becoming increasingly important to enable staff to help realise company value in every aspect of their work lives.

The Climate and Ecological Crisis can be overwhelming and increasingly organisations are being asked by Local Authorities, Government and Customers make tangible improvements to reduce their negative environmental impact and maximise their positive social impact.

Our adaptable training programme provides a bite-sized introduction to this complex area to enable all staff to incorporate sustainability into their working practices and to help you achieve a more climate positive organisation without greenwash or expense.
