We will also hear from FSB's two elected Area Leaders for Leicestershire, local business owners who have successfully steered their businesses through Covid, on the positive changes they have made to their businesses, the stories they’ve heard in the local community and the lessons and tips they can pass on.
Jenny Cross is the Managing Director of Cross Productions, including Niche Magazine. For some time she has been focusing on working ‘on’ the business rather than ‘in’ it which she feels has been an enormous help, empowering her staff to make decisions based on a strong company ethos and shared goals. Jenny talks openly about the challenges of covid and is always an inspiring speaker with plenty of advice at FSB events.
Clare Elsby co-founded Elsby & Co accountants over 27 years ago after redundancy led her to set up on her own. Now with two paper-free offices employing over fifty staff, digital technology has helped the firm immensely over the last few months, and Clare is a passionate advocate for using technology to strengthen your business. Clare has also a wealth of experience and knowledge from her accountancy experience to share with others.
