We are lucky to have the headline speaker of Jane Longhurst, Chief Executive of the Meetings Industry Association who will speak about the current issues affecting the meetings industry, how we can move forward in these troubling times and discussing some of the work of the Association and how they can help you.
We are a public private sector partnership, funded by the City and County Councils and the Local Enterprise Partnership. We operate a free and impartial venue finding service for conference organisers where we help to find a venue that is suitable for their meetings requirements. All suitable member venues will receive enquiries and be asked to quote rates and availability and a full proposal is forwarded to the conference and meetings organisers.
We follow a sales and marketing plan to promote the City and County in order to generate additional business for all of our member venues. Find out more how we can help to promote your business.
