ABOUT ABOUT

Tai Chi ad Qi Gong have been proven to help with health, mental wellbeing, concentration, balance and energy levels, all so important in ths stressful world in which we live and work. We will inform and show in this workshop how this ancient practice of Qi Gong, a moving meditation and “moving medication” can help you and your work force to stay healthy either at home or in the office.

This is a Zoom based workshop, an introduction to the easy to learn system of energy enhancing exercises.

Qigong coordinates movement with breathing and inner concentration. If practiced regularly, it will give you more energy, improve your health and help prevent illness.

The primary aim of practicing Qigong is to gently build and regulate your vitality by enhancing your Qi.

Research indicates that Qigong relaxes the muscles and the nervous system (so improving the function of the body's systems) and benefits posture, balance and flexibility of joints.

Qi is quite simply, the Chinese name for "life force". Gong is the Chinese name for "work" or "training". Qigong therefore means working with the life force.

In this Zoom session, for reasons of calm and privacy I will mute all attendees microphones and restrict their cameras so only the instructor will be seen and heard. There will however be a question and answer session at the end of the workshop where I will un-mute all microphones.

The event is aimed at individuals and employers who want to improve their own health and wellbeing and that of their employees by introducing themselves to the benefits of the practice.

Attendees will be introduced to the basics of breathing and movements of Qi Gong, giving them an understanding of the energy enhancing exercises that if practiced regularly will give them more energy, improve their health and prevent illness.
